A book blog with reviews of books in varying genres, new and old, and a home base from which to post/link my various read-a-thon endeavors. You may also find random fandom tidbits, other pop culture thoughts, and musings on the life of a teacher, but mostly, books.
Favorite genres are fantasy of all kinds, most sci-fi, literary fiction, and YA books on varying topics. I also have a soft spot for fairy tale retellings or retellings of any favorite tale. When it comes to non-fiction, I’m most likely to read books on psychology, sociology, social justice topics, and narrative non-fiction. Basically, I have eclectic tastes, tend to go through genre spurts, but will post reviews from a wide range of books that happen to catch my fancy.
